Shop owners and equipment haulers on the west side call us more than anybody. That's the old Babcock & Wilcox side of town, and the trucks out of there aren't new — air brakes seize, a loaded trailer sinks an axle into soft ground.

Towing in Cuyahoga Falls →Getting a truck to a stranded car out here usually means solving West Market Street first. Between Summit Mall and the West Akron line it stacks up badly at rush hour, and a breakdown in that stretch turns into a lane closure fast.
Towing in Fairlawn →Half the calls here start on a ramp. I-77 runs the length of the city, and the Arlington Road and Massillon Road interchanges are where it goes sideways — merge-speed fender benders, a car that quits in the lane, blown tires.
Towing in Green →Getting a truck in and back out around the Green takes planning. The streets by First and Main are narrow and tree-lined, with nowhere good to stage a wrecker, so we often work from a side street and walk the gear in.
Towing in Hudson →Water Street runs the length of town on SR 43, and the blocks off it near campus are packed with student rentals — narrow drives, tight private lots, fifteen-year-old sedans that don't much like February. That's the bread and butter.
Towing in Kent →A tractor-trailer loses air on the ramp from I-271 to SR 8 and suddenly you've got a mile of backed-up traffic and a driver standing on a narrow shoulder. That's a normal call up here.
Towing in Macedonia →A truck backs a trailer down toward Nimisila, misjudges the slope, and the rear wheels drop into soft ground. That's a winch job, not a tow.

Towing in Norton →Half the summer calls out here start at a boat ramp. Eight public ones across Turkeyfoot, East Reservoir, Long Lake and Nimisila, and wet concrete is one of the few places a driver gets in trouble at two miles an hour.
Towing in Portage Lakes →A tired transmission on a 200,000-mile pickup usually gives up somewhere on SR 59 between here and Kent, and that's a good slice of the calls we run out this way. Older housing, older cars.
Towing in Ravenna →Downtown Akron calls are tight streets and parking decks. Out here it's the opposite problem — wide driveways and two busy interchanges. The SR 8 ramps at Graham and Steels Corners send us most of the highway work.
