Water Street runs the length of town on SR 43, and the blocks off it near campus are packed with student rentals — narrow drives, tight private lots, fifteen-year-old sedans that don't much like February. That's the bread and butter. Jump starts, lockouts, flatbed hauls off permit lots.
Weekends downtown are different work. Around the Kent Central Gateway and the bars by the Main Street bridge it's late-night lockouts and dead batteries, plus breakdowns on Haymaker Parkway where SR 59 pushes traffic west toward Stow.

Call us with the plate and where you left it. If it's in our yard we'll walk you through the release paperwork. If another outfit pulled it, we'll tell you straight so you're not chasing the wrong phone number.
Can you get a truck into the older streets north and east of downtown?
Yes. Those driveways are narrow and the tree lawns tight, so we'll usually wheel-lift the car out to the street, then load the flatbed where there's room.
