A tractor-trailer loses air on the ramp from I-271 to SR 8 and suddenly you've got a mile of backed-up traffic and a driver standing on a narrow shoulder. That's a normal call up here. The 271/8/82 interchange puts Turnpike freight and Cleveland commuter traffic through the same few ramps, so a lot of our Macedonia work is highway work — accident recovery, blowouts, dead batteries in the left lane, winch-outs where somebody clipped the grass and slid down an embankment.
Aurora Road is the other half of it. Lockouts and no-starts in the Macedonia Commons lots, mostly, and late-night runs closer to Northfield when the racino empties out. The subdivisions off SR 82 are quieter — those are usually a jump start in a driveway on a cold morning. We run flatbeds for anything low, all-wheel-drive, or too damaged to roll, and we'll handle impound release paperwork if your car already got taken.

Yes. We take calls on I-271, SR 8 and the ramps between them. Stay belted inside with hazards on unless you're behind a barrier — the shoulder there is tight and traffic doesn't slow down much.
