Darrow Road and Aurora Road meet right at the old square, and that intersection is where we end up more than anywhere else in town — fender benders, dead batteries in the winter, cars that quit halfway through the light. The homes around the square are older and the driveways are tight, so we'll often back the flatbed in rather than try to swing it around. Out in the township subdivisions it's the opposite problem: long curving streets, wide aprons, and plenty of room to load without blocking a neighbor.
East side industrial park work is its own animal. Box trucks, shift-change traffic, vans that won't turn over in an employee lot at 6am. We do lockouts, jump starts, winch-outs, and impound release runs there and everywhere else in town. I-480 and I-271 sit just north, which is why a truck parked in Twinsburg covers highway calls fast.

Can you get a truck into Twinsburg Heights?
Yes. The streets there are narrower and closer together than the newer subdivisions, so we'll usually send the flatbed and load from the street rather than trying to work a tight driveway.
My car died in the industrial park lot — is that a problem?
No. Give us the building and the lot side when you call. Employee lots fill up during shift change, so a plate and a color helps us find you quicker.
