Downtown Akron calls are tight streets and parking decks. Out here it's the opposite problem — wide driveways and two busy interchanges. The SR 8 ramps at Graham and Steels Corners send us most of the highway work. Graham and Kent Road are the commercial spines, so the rest is plaza-lot stuff: dead batteries, flats, cars that quit at a light.
Then there's the subdivision side. Houses from the 60s through the 80s, three cars per driveway, and the one nobody drives won't turn over the first cold morning. Driveway jump starts keep us going all winter.

Can a flatbed handle a short subdivision driveway?
Usually. On the older streets off Fishcreek and Darrow, where aprons are steep, we'll winch the car out to the road rather than scrape a bumper. Describe the driveway on the phone and we'll send the right truck.
My car got towed after a crash. How do I get it released?
