Deer step out of the treeline along Hametown and Greenwich right at dusk, and a lot of the calls out this way start with a driver who swerved into a soft ditch. Often nothing's bent — the car just can't climb back onto the pavement, so it's a winch-out, not a tow. State Route 21 is the other regular. It's the truck route toward I-76 and I-77, so anything that quits there gets pulled clear first.

Usually. Tell us the width and whether there's room to turn at the top. If it's too tight we'll winch the vehicle out to the road and load it there.
